Full-Depth Reclamation
(FDR)

Do your flexible pavements look like this?

Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) coupled with cement stabilization is an innovative and cost effective method of rebuilding failed asphalt pavements.

What is FDR? - Method of flexible pavement reconstruction that utilizes the existing asphalt, base and subgrade material to produce a new stabilized base course for an asphalt, chip seal or concrete wearing surface

What are the advantages of FDR? - Use of in-situ materials, little or no material hauled off and dumped, conserves virgin material, saves cost by using in-place “investment” and saves energy by reducing mining and hauls.
